Purchase Contacts from Your Shopping Cart

After you find contacts by searching the Connect directory, add all or some of them to your shopping cart to purchase right away, or save them to purchase later.

You might want to purchase contacts later if, for example, you add contacts to your cart then use different search criteria to find more. Or you might want to add contacts to the cart and review them later, before purchasing them.


If you’re on the Connect Plus member plan and you uploaded a suppression list, you see a Remove Suppressed Contacts button in your cart. This button frees room in your cart, so you can add more contacts.

To purchase contacts from your cart:

  1. Search for contacts.
  2. On the Contact Results page, select the contacts to purchase.
  3. Click Get Contacts and choose Add Selected to Cart or Add All to Cart.
  4. Open your cart by clicking the cart icon in the header of any page.
  5. Select one or more contacts, or click the checkbox at the top of the list to select them all.
  6. Click Check Out Now in the Cart Summary box to check out all contacts in your cart, or open the Check Out dropdown menu and choose Check Out Selected or Check Out All.
  7. In the Export Summary, name your file so that it’s easily recognizable, then click Get Contacts.
Connect notifies you when your export is done with a message and an email notification. Your 10 most recent exports are available at My Account | Exports, so you can download them again later.
